Creative Agri Solutions (CASPL) is a leading Research, Consulting and Advisory firm in Agriculture and Livestock Sector based in Delhi. The organization aims at providing cutting-edge solutions to the contemporary challenges faced by the agriculture and related sector across the South Asian region.
CASPL has rich experience in undertaking assignments related to policy research and advisory, supply/value chain analysis, feasibility studies, impact assessment, project design, monitoring & evaluation, baseline and end line surveys, industry assessment, and skill development.
Our area of work encompasses Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock, Natural Resource Management, Climate & Environment sectors.
Having started in the year 2009 in Delhi, we now offer our services across India and South Asian. We have so far covered countries such as India, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Vietnam and are gradually expanding our footprint to offer our services across the developing world. Our activities are directed at constantly upgrading the sector by helping improve processes, capacities, and technologies and, thus, making it profitable and sustainable for the various stakeholders, including the small-holder farmer. A strong team with a rich and diverse mix of education and professional experience makes us maintain a high quality of our outputs. Our in-house team of researchers and consultants have expertise in market research, value and supply chain analysis, agri-business management, forest management, agronomics, climate change and natural resource management. Our work reinforces our strong belief in inclusivity and equality.
Dr. Meeta Punjabi Mehta has a doctorate in agricultural economics with specialization in agricultural marketing and commodity value chains from Michigan State University. As a consultant to UNFAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations), World Bank, and IFPRI (International Food Policy Research Institute), she has been involved in various projects as a policy analyst in India and other South Asian countries. She is well versed in quantitative analysis using appropriate econometric methods relevant to the study by developing industry models for comprehensive industry analysis, analysis of data from household surveys, price forecasting etc. She has proficiency in the use of qualitative methods widely used to understand the ground situation in discussion with stakeholders including Participatory Rural Appraisals, Focus Group Discussions and Case Studies. She specializes in conducting Value Chain Analysis across sectors like food grains, horticulture, dairy, poultry, small ruminants, etc.
Senior Research Associate
Kanika holds M. Phil degree in Development Studies and UGC NET qualified in Sociology. She has more than a year of experience in conducting research studies in the field of rural livelihoods. As a Research Assistant in Bharat Rural Livelihoods Foundation, she was involved in preparation of a ‘status report’ on tribal development specifically covering the 10 states of Central Indian Tribal Belt. Also, she has experience of conducting impact evaluation and assessment through ‘Qualitative Assessment of Cluster Facilitation Teams as a strategy for execution of Apna Khet Apna Kaam in Rajasthan’.
Pratyoosh has worked on agriculture extension, goat value chains and socio-economic networks and has developed a keen interest in rural development and livelihoods. He seeks to gather the idiosyncrasies from the field for each project and context to create an honest and first hand output. He is a passionate photographer and supplements each project with photographs from the field, while his other interests include travel, cycling and astronomy. Pratyoosh has a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the South Asian University, New Delhi.
Nidhi is responsible for providing support for research projects which involves data collection, review, report writing and mapping. Nidhi advocates for cross-regional exchange of knowledge to enhance climate smart sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods, forest management and wildlife conservation. She has proficiency in operating various mapping tools for Remote Sensing and GIS using geospatial data. Nidhi holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management from the University School of Environment Management, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi.
Garima is working as Research Associate at Creative Agri Solutions with 2 years of experience in planning, supervising and handling large scale surveys and research studies in the field of development. Handling various development projects, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience of data management, data cleaning & analysis and report writing. She has knowledge of data analysis using statistical software package like SAS. Garima holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Amity School of Economics.
Shruti is a Post Graduate in HR from Tata Institute of Social Science, School of Vocational Education. She is a seasonal professional with 5 years of experience in HR and Administration functions. Presently associated with Creative Agri Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Manager- HR and Administration. At present, responsible for smooth implementation and consolidation of HR functions in the organization. Prior to Creative Agri Solutions, worked with Rural Management Consultants and executed several engagements including Talent Acquisition, Competition Mapping, Client Servicing, Head Hunting and Talent Mapping. Good in talent acquisition, effectuating policies, programs and strategies to manage the HR function for the entire organization.
Jyoti is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. She has three years of cross-culture and comprehensive experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation and Internal Audit. Her key role areas include General Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, Payroll, Taxation and other accounting functions.
